Timeline and turnaround time;
Turnaround time is dependent on how many orders are ahead of you. Orders are prioritized in the order that they are received. After your consultation call, turnaround time is estimated to be between 14 to 60 days. 

How it works;
1. Submit your payment, contract and survey.
2. You will receive a link via email to book your consultation call
3. Luna creates your artwork
4. You receive a notification when the artwork is ready to ship

Sizes;
✨Small - 5" x 7", 6" x 6", or similar size
✨Medium - 9" x 12", 10" x 10" or similar size
✨Large - To order a ✨Vibe Portrait✨ larger than the sizes listed, please email lunacharlotteart@gmail.com for a custom quote. 

(size specifications will be collected in the survey)

Framing;
✨No frame - your painting comes unframed
✨Standard frame - this is for a simple frame, and is only available for standard sizes (5" x 7", 8" x 10", 9" x 12", etc.)
✨Custom frame - if you want an unusual size in a simple frame, select this option
✨Handmade frame - this is if you would like a customized, handmade frame that perfectly matches your artwork. These are one-of-a-kind frames for your one-of-a-kind artwork

(if you are not sure whether you need a custom or standard frame for your size, select custom, and the difference will be refunded if the size is standard)

Materials;
All artwork will be on wood, created with archival quality materials, and topped with an isolation coat and varnish (gloss, satin, or mat) for protection.
